Regarded as Melbourne’s most established and most unique residential building, this 1972’s tower’s facade had suffered erosion from the its highly densed urban surrounding.

With the great assistance of the council and heritage architect, we gave this Melbournian jewel a well deserved face lift.

The restoration of the inner skin was also a great opportunity to go through the archives of the building and helped with original image of the first proposal, we refurbished the entrance lobby in a style true to its era.
